A huge thanks to the ASV Community, the ASV Day Volunteers, and the event sponsors for this huge success
American School of Valencia held on Saturday, October 15, 2022, ASV Day, the annual gathering of the ASV Community. The activities for students started at 11:30 and included a variety of attractions and rides placed in parks A and B. One of the face painting spots and the games for Preschool children were specifically located in the Kinder park.
The food courts offering snacks and soft drinks were open all day long. The Paella luncheon was served in two different locations: the usual line in the main dining hall and an additional line in Park C. The nice weather invited many people to stay outside and most of the tables were full of students and parents enjoying the menu.
The much-awaited raffle had 30 different prizes including educational games, restaurant and hotel vouchers, gourmet packs, wine, wireless speakers and earphones, two video games, one smartwatch, one electric scooter, and one mountain bicycle.
The ASV Day Committee wishes to thank the school community for the extraordinary turnout as well as appreciates the tireless effort done by all of the ASV Day volunteers. Thanks also to Colevisa, the school partner in the lunch service, for preparing the delicious luncheon. Last but not least, thanks to our sponsors because without their contributions to the raffle and the logistic needs it would not be possible to organize such a large event.
