It’s been a marvelously messy week of paper mache in the Fallas studio. Parents and teachers accompanied grades one through five during this crucial activity. Not afraid to get their hands slimy and sticky, everyone dove into gallons and gallons of mache. A great deal was accomplished this week, but we’ll need to keep up the energy and enthusiasm headed into next week as we continue compiling different aspects of cultures around the world.
We also want to express a big thanks to the second grade parents who collaborated and worked together in the workshop. With their support we achieved everything for the week by Thursday. Next week, third and fourth grade will take over.
