ASV would like to congratulate Colevisa for recently earning the AENOR’s sustainable food services certification for the ASV Lunch Service. This external certification accredits the company’s best practices in areas such as:
- Local purchasing and sustainable logistics
- Recycling and waste recovery
- Responsible resource consumption
- Food waste reduction
- Training, awareness-raising, and stakeholder engagement
- Corporate social responsibility
- Transparency in management
The certification process included a review of the ASV Lunch Service, from its daily operations to the protocols written with ASV to implement sustainable practices. All of them are aligned with the ASV’s Eco-School Initiative and are developed in collaboration with the Eco-Committee and the student-led teams.
AENOR is the most recognized and widely used Spanish validation and certification entity for quality systems certification.
