STEAM Program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics)

The students are divided by age. Elementary STEAM Program and High School STEAM program. This program is for students from Grade 4 or above. All the activities are taught in English enabling the student to grow in STEAM knowledge and English language acquisition.

Program Characteristics

Learning through challenges

The STEAM program is an immersion English program, where the students travel to an imaginary world (Summerland). This program is divided in two weeks with a different challenge in each.

Summerland: The arrival (July 3-14, 2023)
Summerland: Legacy (July 17-28, 2023)

At the beginning of each challenge the students receive a Summerland Passport, where they will find the challenges they have to solve to be able to come back to their world. In each challenge the students use different platforms such as: educational robotics, 3D design, short video editing, etc. until they complete all the challenges in their passport.

For students with an advanced English level

This program requires the student to be in Grade 4 or above and to have an advanced English level (B1 minimum) to be able to follow the instructions as the language of instruction is English and it is subject to a minimum enrolment number.
