Field trips and Special Activities Confirmed

After completing two months, ASV continues accepting applications for the Summer Program 2023. The three available itineraries are filling up groups at all age levels and some such as the STEAM program may be full by the end of May.

Field trips and special activities have been confirmed. See them by grade level:

  • PK1, PK2 and Kinder: Mas del Capellà school farm (Olocau)
  • Grades 1-4: Segóbriga Park water park + Adventure activities in Masía de Tous (Pobla de Vallbona)
  • Grades 5-6 and Teens: Segóbriga Park water park + Outdoor activities in Aventura Valencia (Estivella)

All students will enjoy at ASV special activities on July 4th, Water Sports Day and Summer Program Learning Day.

Early Bird Discount Ends on April 30!

The ASV Summer Program registration is running at a very good pace. Our coordination team offered an on-site orientation meeting this past Wednesday. On Friday, April 28, 2023, there will be another information meeting. Use this link on Google Meet if you want to know more about it.

Please take advantage of the early bird discounts for any registration completed before April 30, 2023. Sign up and pay your fees now to enjoy the discount! Keep in mind that the Advanced English Learners program and the STEAM program usually operate at full capacity.

Meet the Summer Program Leadership team

A new leadership team takes over the coordination of the ASV Summer Program. Ms. Felicitas Berazay and Mr. Matias Benlloch pass the baton to the new team made up of Ms. Escarlata Casas (right), who will serve as coordinator, and Ms. Reyes Navarro (center) and Ms. Jackie Paarhuis, who will be the Assistant Coordinators for the Preschool, Elementary and High School sections. Our best wishes in this new endeavor.

Enrollment Open!

American School of Valencia opened the registration for the ASV Summer Program on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Interested families may use this online form to select the program they want for ther child and begin the enrollment process.

As you may know, the Summer Program offers three different choices:

  • English Learners Program (children ages 2-17 with any level of English).
  • Advanced English Learners Program (for children ages 6 and up who are native speakers or study at an English immersion school)
  • STEAM Program (for children from Grade 4 and above interested in STEAM disciplines)

Take advantage of this first stage of the enrollment process: registrations made and paid before April 30 have a discount. Keep in mind that the specific Advanced English Learners program and the STEAM programs usually fill their places soon.

Registration Open on March 1

American School of Valencia will open the enrollment process for the ASV Summer Program on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. La edición de este año se llevará a cabo del 3 al 28 de julio en horario de 9:30 a 16:30 horas.

This year, the Summer Program will take place from July 3 to 28, 2023. As usual, the activity is open to children 18 months to 17 years old studying at ASV or at any other school in the local community. Depending on the language level of their child, families may choose the English Learners Program (recommended for students with any language level) or the Advanced English Learners Program (better for English native speakers or children attending an international or English-speaking school). Alternatively, students interested in technology and robotics may join the specific STEAM Program.

Summer Program 2023. Dates Confirmed

American School of Valencia is preparing for a new edition of its successful Summer Program. The dates are now confirmed: this year, the activity will begin on Monday, July 3, 2023, and will finish on Friday, July 28, 2023. As usual, it will take place at the ASV campus in Puçol (Valencia).

The ASV Summer Program is an English immersion program addressed to students ages 3 to 17. Interested families will be able to register starting on March 1, 2023, by completing an online form accessible on this website. Stay tuned to upcoming posts.
