On Tuesday, February 2 Mr. Johnson and Mr. Boyer held an informative preliminary meeting for 7th, 8th, and 9th graders to find out who is interested in participating in MADMUN the Model United Nations simulation being held at American School of Madrid on April 8, 9 and 10. At the conference ASV students will debate and discuss real world issues facing today’s leaders with a number of peers from other international schools.
At the meeting we discussed the countries we will be representing and logistics of the weekend. Next week there will be an informative letter and permission form sent to parents with more details. If you think your son or daughter might be interested in this opportunity and have yet to present themselves to Mr. Johnson or Mr. Boyer please advise them to do so.
