We were pleased to see Paloma Bahilo (ASV Class of 2012) visiting the school campus to talk to Grade 10 about telecommunications engineering and the role of women in this professional area on Thursday, April 25. The date was not a random choice, as it is the day that the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) celebrates the International Day of Girls in Information and Communications Technologies (ICT Day).
Paloma (left of the picture at the ASV atrium) currently works at the UN Information and Communications Center in Valencia.
