Grade 4 students showcased their inquiry-based research on the human body during a dynamic Science Fair. This event highlighted our students’ ability to combine scientific research with creative 3D modeling and public speaking.

ASV is proud to host a specialized professional development workshop on AI-Enhanced Literacies on May 27 and 28, 2026. Led by renowned experts Dr. Mary Ehrenworth and Mr. Phil Seyfried, this event invites international and local educators to explore a scaffolded approach to integrating Artificial Intelligence into the literacy curriculum.
Following a comprehensive self-study and a successful official visit in February 2026, American School of Valencia is proud to announce that the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) has officially re-authorized the ASV Diploma Program for another five-year cycle.
The ASV community gathered this week for a new edition of “One Book, One School,” a school-wide literacy initiative focused on the award-winning book We Are Water Protectors.
Following the successful ASV Fund-Run 2025, members of the ASV leadership team and Grade 11-12 students visited the INCLIVA Biomedical Research Institute to officially present the funds raised by our school community.
ASV recently hosted an official IB Evaluation Visit as part of the five-year reauthorization process for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program.
ASV prepares for a new edition of “One Book, One School,” a school-wide initiative promoting family literacy and community through the book We Are Water Protectors by Carole Lindstrom. This year’s program features cross-curricular lessons in Science and Social Studies, along with special workshops led by ASV parents and local community experts on sustainability and Native American cultures.
