The High School Vice Principal, Josep Vicent Frechina, received one of the Annual Awards given by the Regulating Board for the “Arroz de Valencia” Designation of Origin. Mr Frechina has been recognized for his “contribution to Valencian culture” as music researcher and “a personal careers associated to effort and success”. In addition to being Physics teacher and member of the school leadership team, Mr. Frechina is a well known researcher on traditional Valencia music. He is author of key books in this area and author of many articles and song collections.
