The ASV Athletic Center will be an outstanding venue for indoor hockey this coming weekend. On February 11 and 12, 2017, this area of the school campus is hosting two sectors or preliminary rounds of the 63th Spanish Indoor Hockey Junior Tournament. The tournament is featuring eight teams (five in boys’ category, three in girls’ category) which will compete for a place in the final round. Xaloc Hockey Club, partner of ASV promoting this sport within the ASV community, organizes the event and plays both competitions (boys and girls).
The tournament is being held on Saturday, February 11, 2017, from 11:00 to 21:00 h., and on Sunday, February 12, 2017, from 9:00 to 14:00 h. Games start at 13 h. on Saturday but ASV students under 13 enrolled at the ASV+ hockey activity will have a special training session with Xaloc players.
The venue, the ASV Athletic Center, is a high-performance athletic facility recently upgraded with new lockers, multipurpose rooms, sound system, and a comfortable café featuring nice views inside and outside the building. The tournament is open to all of the ASV community and anyone interested in sports in Valencia.
