Improvements in the Lunch Service

Chef Mr. Roger JulianAmerican School of Valencia and Colevisa are partnering to implement new features and improvements in the school lunch service. Since September 2021, the ASV kitchen team is being led by chef, Mr. Roger Julián.

The lunch plan for the 2021-2022 academic year has been designed following a three-month outlook and includes a higher number (12) of special gastronomic days per year. Additionally, the school menu for Preschool and Elementary will be even better adapted to the specific needs of these grade levels. On the other hand, students in High School will have an additional choice as main dish. Families will be invited to see the daily menu by following an Instagram account.

Students will be asked for their input throughout the academic year, as well as the student council will be invited to get more involved.
