As we close 2020, it is with profound pride that we would like to share our heartfelt gratitude to all of our school community for successfully navigating the challenges of 2020. A testament to the strengths of any community or team is how it supports one another in times of adversity. It is easy when everything goes well, but as we know now, nothing has been easy for the past nine months. So, thank you for joining together and supporting our school community.
In an international, multicultural and multilingual school such as ASV, there are a variety of customs and traditions that our families will share over the upcoming holidays. Regardless of our diversity, one thing we have in common is providing our children with love, joy, health, opportunity and happiness. This is the bond that binds us together, in good times or challenging ones, but most especially during the holiday season.
While no one can accurately predict what lies ahead in 2021, we know that we are better prepared today than ever before to overcome challenges, innovate, adjust to changing circumstances and continue moving forward. There is the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel as we enter a new year in a few more days. We have so much to be grateful for as we approach 2021, and please be assured that ASV is continually planning for a very bright future.
In closing, we are humbled and honored to collaborate with such a supportive and caring school community of students, families and staff. For 40 years, this has been and will continue to be the ASV Difference.
Stay safe and healthy, and enjoy the holidays in the true spirit of love, kindness, generosity, gratitude, joy and happiness.
