The ASV community collaborated to help El Preventorio. On Monday, December 11, 2017, Preschool and Elementary classes contributed and help ASV collect article for its food drive to support this children’s home in Real de Gandia. On Tuesday, December 12, 2017, Grade 11 IB CAS students and Mr. Marc Boyer prepared the food boxes, which the children from Real de Gandia picked-up at ASV while visiting our school. While visiting ASV, the children enjoyed playing games and making crafts.
In addition to these actions, High School widely supported a new and creative idea: a Day without Electricity on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, which helped to raise additional funds for El Preventorio. Please watch more about this important service learning experience on this video:
