On Friday, June 2, 2017, American School of Valencia held the Graduation and Awards Ceremony 2017. With this event, the school community celebrates the end of the school life for the students who completed 12th Grade.
Many parents and family members attended the event in Park B. Other participants were the High School faculty, the school administration team, the president of the Board of Governors, and the Counselor for Education for Puçol, Mari Carmen Cortell. After the opening speeches, some students received the following recognitions:
- Best student in Humanities: Marta Arribas
- Best student in Math and Science: Héctor García
- English Utopia Award: Laura Sala
- ECIS Award: Cristina García
- Director’s Award: Anna Sancho
- Ambassador’s Award: Sara González
- Salutatorian (second highest GPA): Sara González
- Valedictorian (highest GPA): Anna Sancho
