Last week the Grade 5 students had a whirlwind of fun with the end-of-year trip! This experience included a short stop in Peñiscola and two days in the Delta del Ebro area.
“Students had the chance to visit the Delta, go on a boat ride and learn about the problems that the river is currently facing and how this will consequently affect the habit that lives there,” Ms. Eleanor Riaye, one of the three Grade 5 homeroom teachers, described. “We stayed at the Hotel Ametlla de Mar where the children were over the moon about the swimming pool and filled their evening with games and activities”, she added.
There is no doubt that the experience has helped them bond as a class.
