The ASV Foundation held yesterday evening the fourth annual benefit party. The event took place at the school campus but this year it was a Tex-Mex party with Far-West-inspired activities and costumes. ASV families, friends, alumni and other visitors were interested in an original and fun event.
Doors were open at 18:00 h. and children had swimming time at the pool. Stands around Park B had games, arts and crafts, piñatas, and the always fun bull ride. Dinner included burritos, rice with beans, and participants enjoyed live music performed by a blues band. The party finished with the results of the silent art auction.
The party goal was to raise funds for the activities of the ASV Foundation: VALMUN program at ASV, ASV Summer Program scholarships, and the continuous support to Kapita School in Zambia.
Thanks to all of our community members for joining us. Soon you will be able to enjoy some photos at the ASV Foundation fan page.
