The Rafael del Pino Foundation recently announced the result of its 2018 Excellence Scholarship program. It is great for the ASV community to know that Jorge Tabarés has been awarded with one of those scholarships to study a double-masters in composition and piano, in Mannes School of Music, New York, with the American composer Lowell Liebermann and the Russian pianist Irina Morozova.
Jorge shared the news with the school and said he is very happy to be selected by “one of the most prestigious and difficult scholarship programs in Spain.” He is very grateful for the role of the education received at ASV on this achievement.
