As of June 2, 2015 the students from 1st to 5th grade are having their end of year trips. These excursions are a really special moment in the school life, an activity students are looking forward with excitement. “During these trips students work on team-building, learn to collaborate, and enjoy their time together. It’s a great end of the year.” Dr. Kristy L. Beam, described.
“All of our students from first grade have overnight trips. The students really take on the responsibility and parents embrace it. It’s part of the ASV culture, a long-time tradition than children really enjoy,” she added. Second grade was the first group that had the end-of-year trip. From June 2 to 3, they visited Actio, in Alborache, where they enjoyed outdoor activities such as a night walk to identify sounds, and hiked to El Charco Azul lake.
Next week 4th grade goes to the Ebro River Delta, and 1st grade to Mas de Noguera, a farm in Caudiel, Castellón. The school year will finish with the Teruel trip for 5th grade and a stay in Benicàssim, for 3th grade. We hope they had a great time!
