On May 11, 2018 in the City of Arts and Science ASV competed on the 10th edition of Desafío Robot in the categories of Turbo WeDo, Sumo Combat level 2, Mission to Mars, and Sumo Competition level 3.
Students had a very intense and gratifying day. Starting at 9:30 with the grade 7 boys and finishing the day at 16:00 with the grades 3-4 girls.In addition to their competitions they participated in games, saw the race drone competition and they even got to meet the Spain champion in the amazing category..
Members of the ASV+ STEM activity, students were great ambassadors of our school and they competed with fairness and giving their very best. The Grade 1-2 boys finished second on a very narrow final race where our team was very close the the winning team. The Grade 3-4 girls had an outstanding competition winning two combats and losing the final to a team who has more experience in these competitions. The 7 grade boys did their very be st but the competition level was very hard and it was a learning experience for next year. Congratulations to all of the students!
