CSN and Seabury Hall Students Enjoy Fallas

March holds a special allure for participants in the ASV Global Exchanges Program, primarily due to the vibrant spectacle of Fallas! This unique celebration, with its captivating display of local culture and community spirit, explains why partner schools choose to come to Valencia during this month.

Our school welcomed the Community School of Naples (Florida) on March 13, followed by Seabury Hall (Maui, Hawaii) on March 15. In total, eighteen students have experienced or are experiencing Valencian hospitality, hosted by ASV families.

Visiting students immersed themselves in the heart of Valencia and the Fallas festival by seeing a number of Fallas monuments in the top and second sections or touring the city to feel the festive atmosphere. A huge thanks to the members of Conde Salvatierra – Cirilo Amorós commission who kindly invited Seabury Hall students to have lunch on Tuesday, March 18. Other enriching or exciting activities were the visit to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Fine Arts Museu, the Oceanographic, and for some students, a day skiing in Valdelinares (Teruel).

CSN students departed early Thursday morning, leaving with cherished memories. The Seabury Hall students are attending classes at ASV for three days. On Friday, March 21 they had a field trip to the historic coastal town of Peñíscola, continuing their exploration of our region’s rich heritage.
