As previously communicated, ASV is planning to resume classes tomorrow, Monday, November 4, 2024. Campus activities and school services will take place according to the following premises and circumstances:
| Classes and Support | Classes will begin at 09:30 and end at 16:30. ASV counselors will also be available to meet or speak with any students about any emotional needs based on the effects of the DANA. |

| Bus Service | All of the ASV buses will operate with the exception of Route 6. Families using Route 6 have been already informed and contacted to offer alternatives. Please be patient as some bus routes may experience unusual traffic delays. |
| Traffic Conditions and Bus Schedules | Some roads affected by the DANA have been recently opened but others continue to be closed (DGT live info here). Regular traffic in Valencia’s metropolitan area will probably be challenging on Monday. We ask families for patience and understanding if delays occur as a consequence of unforeseen traffic circumstances. Plan travel with time and be aware of possible changes to routes. |
| Arrival and Dismissal Service | The school is reinforcing the arrival and departure service offered to Preschool and Elementary School families with additional staff. Please be courteous to them and follow their instructions. |
| Time Flexibility and Attendance | The school knows that this week will be far from routine, so we will allow extra flexibility with arrival times and attendance. If families know that their child will be absent, please complete the communication form to inform the school, as long as you are able to do so. |
| Communication | Please look for communications on the ASV App and the BatOnRoute App (bus users) for the most rapid and latest information. |
In the coming days and weeks ahead, ASV will continue to explore how it can further help our school community and the Valencian community at large through social-emotional support, community outreach through donations and volunteerism, as well as other support from our generous and altruistic community.
