The American School of Valencia Tennis Team achieved remarkable success at the 2025 ESC Tennis Championship, held at The International School of Paris on May 26–27. The team won 5 out of 6 draws—including boys and girls singles, and multiple doubles events—while also securing third place in boys doubles 1.
Coach Jordi Ballester praised both the team’s performance and the atmosphere surrounding the tournament: “The energy within the team was incredible. The players supported each other every step of the way, and the level of play was the best we’ve seen all season. We’re proud of the results, but even more proud of the way our student-athletes represented ASV on and off the court. I also want to thank The International School of Paris for hosting a well-organized and memorable tournament.”
Rigorous training at Club Alfinach and a strategic focus on singles and doubles play played a key role in their performance. The team was composed of a talented mix of returning athletes and rising stars from both the boys and girls squads. With their eyes on a third consecutive title, ASV looks ahead to the 2026 ESC Championship in Lugano, Switzerland, ready to continue their impressive legacy in international school tennis.
