ASV Student Wins the School Competition What Does Being a King Means to You?

Congratulations to María C. (Grade 6) winner in Valencia of the competition What Does Being a King Means to You?. María made a creative project describing the role of the Spanish monarchy, which on Thursday, May 24, 2018, was selected as the best work in Valencia.

Organized by FIES Foundation this school competition is open to children ages 9 to 14, who can  write essays or make handicrafts projects describing the Spanish monarchy. At American School of Valencia students in Grade 6 are invited to do this activity as part of Social Studies Curriculum. Our school has a history of success winning the competition in 2009, 2010, and 2013.
