From June 5 to 9, the ASV Library team led a celebration of reading and books by organizing special activities for Preschool and Elementary classes as well as Grade 6.
On Tuesday, Preschool students had lots of fun by watching three puppet plays: Pepito pegón, The Treasure Island and Adventure in the Library. Throughout the week, Elementary classes had special activities. Those included bingo, memory games and a bookmark workshop.
On Friday, Grade 6 classes participated in a thrilling scavenger hunt across the school campus. This is the second year in a row that the Library team has designed an activity in which research skills and knowledge on books and reading is tested by varied challenges and games.
