Every year, the International Baccalaureate Organization invites school leaders and educators to stay updated on the future of this program and also to learn from one another in experience-based workshops by participating in the IB Global Conference. The event took place this year in Budapest (Hungary), from October 17 to 19, under the theme of “Inspiring learners, realizing potential”.
ASV was represented by Ms. Amada Bird, Director of Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum; Mr. Josep Vicent Frechina, MS-HS Assistant Director, and Mr. Matías Benlloch, HS Assistant Principal and IB Coordinator.
The conference featured coordinator forums, informative sessions with IB staff, and over 100 breakout sessions led by IB teachers from around the world. Attendees had the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.
