On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, the school theater hosted the Annual Shareholders Meeting of Colegio Hispano-Norteamericano. Parents holding shares were invited to attend this meeting where the Management Report and the financial statements of the 2018-2019 academic year are presented and voted.
Mr. Ildefonso Segura, Financial Director at ASV, offered a review of the achievements of our school according to the strategic guidelines set by the Board of Governors as well as the most relevant numbers of the financial results for that period. Additionally, he shared the conclusions of the recent audit report, which once again has no reservations or it is a clean report. All of the documents presented were approved unanimously.
According to the statutes and the agenda, participants elected new members of the ASV Board of Governors -a process in which there was only one list- and a new external auditing company. Both points were approved unanimously.
