ASV is pleased to cooperate with American universities to provide international experiences to students who wish to experience their practicum before receiving their degree in education. Beginning on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, Mr. Bruce Rademaker and Mr. Nick Wells, from the University of Kentucky, are new members of the Elementary School community as student-teachers in Grades 2 White and Grade 5 Blue.
The partnership is beneficial for all involved: student teachers become familiar with the regular work in a real classroom environment, ASV teachers receive additional support, and our students also receive additional attention and the opportunity to interact with another English-speaking educator.
Let’s welcome Mr. Rademaker and Mr. Wells and help them feel at home.
