The Grade 9 French classes have completed an important stage of their cross-curricular project Mission Alpha. Last week they had to wake up the blobs! Guided by the Grade 11 mentors, the three groups followed a presentation describing these creatures and practiced how to wake them up, this is, boost their development with water and nutrients to be able to progress to the following stages of the experiment.
In addition to the information channels already presented earlier in September (the web page and the interactive Padlet), this lovely board will be used to share with other Middle School and High School classes the evolution of the project.
The project aims to interconnect the knowledge acquired in the French and Biology courses by replicating the scientific experiment carried out by the French astronaut Mr. Thomas Pesquet aboard the International Spatial Station.
