ASV hosted a workshop on Monday, February 10, 2025 for Early Childhood Educators (Nursery-Kinder) from the American School of Barcelona, American School of Madrid, American School of Valencia, and Benjamin Franklin International School.
This Early Childhood Workshop was led by Tania Lattanzio (Innovative Global Education) and focused on Playful Pathways, which is an approach to teaching and learning that aims to incorporate more purposeful play and inquiry in these earlier years in order to encourage more curiosity and exploration for our youngest learners. ASV educators left the one-day workshop feeling energized with different ways to incorporate purposeful moments for play each and every day.

As a continuation of the Playful Pathways workshop, on February 11, ASV worked with consultant Tania Lattanzio to explore the classroom environments in early childhood and identify next steps to make them more flexible spaces for play, exploration and inquiry.
