Alumni Talk. Studying Abroad

Alumni Talk. Studying Abroad

The High School Guidance team organized a special Alumni Talk focused on studying abroad. Students from 9 to 12 attended an encounter with four members of the Class of 2016 and one from the Class of 2014:  Mar Hernandez, Jaime Brizuela, Julia Murphy, Carlos Ruano and Bilal Aboutari. These graduates are studying at Queen Mary University (UK), Imperial College (UK), Erasmus Rotterdam University (Netherlands), Buenaventure University (USA) and the American University of Beirut (Lebanon).
Each student summarized his/her experience and described their campus and the city where they are living now. Life on campus is exciting but also requires matureness and responsibility to follow a schedule which combines classes, self-study time, and, in case of student-athletes, training and competitions.
All of them recommended to take the IB Diploma, if students have a strong decision on studying outside Spain, and shared fun anecdotes about living in London, Beirut and Rotterdam.
